International Shipping Policy

If you are located in a country that is not listed on our shipping options, please email info@cloutac.com and let us know. This way I can adjust our website to allow shipping to said country.

However, if you are aware your country has always been, how should I say, difficult, with getting tactical gear through customs (as some countries just love to be an absolute pain).

You as the customer, are required to understand the nuances of your residing country's customs office, and make us aware of anything needed in order to get through customs safely: additional paperwork, stamps, etc.  If our package gets returned due to improper customs declaration, or seized at customs. You as the customer are responsible for paying to either re-ship your order with the correct paperwork, and or reach out to your local customs office in order to get your packaged released.

If an international order is cancelled, or you wish to cancel due to issues with customs, only the sub-total of the purchased products will be refunded. Additionally the refund will only be released once the cancelled order and it's products are back safely in our hands.
