Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please inform us within 7 business days. We will honor all refunds with a 10% restocking fee as long as the products are not severely used. You will be responsible for shipping the product back to us. 

In case of breakage which is caused by a manufacturing defect please inform us within 7 business days from receiving the product in order to give our team a chance to fix the situation. 

If an issue with an order was caused by us, only in these specific cases will we pay for shipping and issue a return label for you to use when returning an order.
